Meta Ads for a premium home-textile brand in Prague: 410 sales at €26

Monorey is a premium home-textile brand in Czechia.

The company makes custom curtains, blinds and home textiles. Its service includes an individual approach, a free measuring visit, made-to-measure sewing and a full-service package covering measurement, sewing, hanging and ironing. GEO: Prague, Czechia.

Main objective

The initial objective was to test Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns to attract new customers and generate first enquiries.

The key goal was to increase orders and revenue by reaching customers able to pay for custom-made curtains and blinds.

The company had not used paid social advertising before, so we needed to launch campaigns and find effective combinations of audience, offer and format that could generate a steady flow of qualified leads and support future scaling.

Launching campaigns

To introduce the brand and its approach, we used the offer “Free measuring visit in Prague”, featured in creatives in Ukrainian, Russian and Czech.

Initial tests showed that Czech-language ads performed worst, so we stopped showing them. We focused most traffic on Russian-speaking and Ukrainian-speaking audiences living in Czechia.

Testing creative formats

We tested several creative formats:

  • videos showing finished curtains and the production process;
  • static creatives featuring finished textiles, including collages and photos;
  • carousels showcasing completed work.

Videos and collages performed best.

Campaign performance

High conversion and lead quality brought the brand a large volume of orders. Advertising was paused for 2,5 months because the client could not keep up with all the enquiries and orders.

Results of the Meta Ads campaigns

Because Meta Ads Manager does not track “Traffic to Direct” as a performance objective or show how many enquiries it generates, we used indirect metrics:

  • Growth in incoming enquiries recorded through the client’s Instagram profile and Facebook page;
  • comparison of activity before and after specific campaign combinations launched;
  • engagement with the creatives.

This allowed us to assess how individual campaigns contributed to enquiries and orders, even without direct performance metrics in Ads Manager.

Results and next steps

Key results:

• around 410 sales with an average order value of €800–1,000;

• cost per sale: around €26;

• total ad revenue: approximately €328,000–410,000;

• ROAS ≈ 35, meaning each euro invested generated around €35 in revenue.

We continue to work together, testing new creatives, steadily attracting leads and growing the Monorey brand by scaling approaches that have already proven effective.

Next steps

After the pause caused by the volume of orders, we resumed active work and continued promotion as before. No major changes or new strategies were needed: the current approach remained stable and delivered results. We continued doing what had already proved effective.
